To enter our competitions, we ask for the following personal data:

-Sex
-Date of birth
-Bow category
-Competitor’s association

-Phone number
-Sports medical certificate         
-MÍSZ competition licence number

3.Purpose of data processing
3.1 For participation in a competition
According to the Sports Act, an amateur athlete may only participate in the competitions of a member club of the Hungarian Archery Association (including the competitions of the Szittya Traditional Archery Association) if he/she has a competition permit (2014 Act on Sport, § 6 (1)). Participation in competitions requires the submission of personal data.

4.Legal basis for processing
4.1 In the case of participation in a competition, until the end of the Athlete’s activity.

5.Operator of the website
The www.szegediszittyak.hu website and its subpages are operated by the Szittya Traditional Archery Association (6791 Szeged, Rózsalapos dűlő 1.). Correspondence concerning the operation and data management can be sent to szegediszittyak@gmail.com.

6.Rights of data subjects
The data subject shall have the right to request information at any time about the personal data concerning him or her processed by the Szittya Traditional Archery Association, and may request the rectification, modification, alteration or deletion of such data at any time. They may request the cancellation of the registration by sending an e-mail to the address segediszittyak.hu. The Szittya Traditional Archery Association will comply with the request as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days from the date of the request.

7.Legal remedies
